We were the first estate managers appointed to manage the developing site and its ongoing maintenance requirements. KGUV was one of the busiest inner-city developments in Australia at the time. It was our responsibility to manage the common area assets and provide a first-class impression to the village’s visitors. The village comprised 1000+ residential units, 40+ retail outlets, 200+ commercial lots and Queensland University of Technology. We were advisors to the key stakeholders; Queensland Government, Queensland University of Technology and Brisbane City Council.
