Kmart - Carpet Removal Rollout

• Project: removal of carpet to the trading floor
• Site: 24 trading stores

Kmart - Carpet Removal Rollout

We carried out the removal of aged and dull carpet throughout the trading areas of these stores and replaced it with vinyl. The result was a fresher store with higher lux levels due to the reflective nature of the vinyl. Several ancillary works were completed to the stores at the same time including fitting room replacements, internal painting and fire exit compliance works. Due to the nature of these works the majority were competed after hours leaving the store ready for trade each morning.

Target - Fleet reset roll out

This roll-out provided improved staff productivity through centralising services and improved customer experience through a total floor plan reconfiguration. These works required the construction of a new consolidated services area including service desks, fitting rooms and online ordering areas. It also involved the repurposing of the existing service areas. New signage and painting completed the reconfiguration. These works required quick establishment around and around the clock shifts to minimise the impact on the store trading.

• Project: Floodwater clean-up and store rebuild
• Site: One flood affected nontrading store

Kmart Bundaberg

When the Flood waters drained from Bundaberg's shopping precinct we had a team at the door ready to do whatever it takes to get the doors open again. This involved an entire strip out of all stock and fixtures, all floor and wall coverings and a very thorough clean. We coordinated and trained the Kmart staff to assist with the clean-up where possible. The task was then to rebuild the store and to open the doors as quickly as possible.

We have been Oakley’s shopfitter of choice for all works minor and major. This relationship was built on building a thorough understanding of the clients desired outcomes. In a lot of cases we scoped and designed new sites on Oakley's behalf. All stores have been delivered on time - whatever it takes.

Bakers Delight fit-outs

We have been on Bakers Delight pre-approved tenderers panel for several years. The works completed include minor works through to full fit-outs. All works relied on our food industry fit-out knowledge. Clean workspaces and tight timelines where the recurring themes for this client.

Oakley - Retail Fit Out

Our client relied on our brand knowledge and engaged us to carry out both council and landlord negotiations in preparation for their Queenstown retail fit out. Due to time constraints we sourced local materials that were equivalent to those specified internationally. Our local teams partnered with North Island teams and delivered a quality shop within the promised timelines.
